The ANTISTATIC NEXT series is designed to work in bad weather conditions and in an dusty environment. Unique feature it has stands out it from all filters available on the market - the ANTISTATIC antistatic protective coating, which is a natural barrier protecting the filter surface from water drops, dust, fine pollen or fingerprints. Thanks to it, keeping the filter clean is much easier and does not require the use of additional optics maintenance agents.
The applied coating is optically neutral, both in terms of color and work against the light. Thus, it constitutes a barrier invisible to the eye and the camera, protecting the lens with anti-reflective coatings applied in the filter.
Designed by HOYA engineers, the new ANTISTATIC coating acts as if it creates a force field around itself that repels dust. Ideal for use in dusty environments, the ANTISTATIC series filters require less cleaning and are easier to maintain than traditional filters.
